• Partners must meet : 

  • Willing and able to invest (option for partial investment)  in establishment of a specific hotel.

• We offer partners:

  • A) To become co-owners of the real estate of the new hotel.

  • B) To become co-owners of the new planned jointly established hotel operation.

  • Organize : 

    • building selection, purchase;

    • partial financing;

    • reconstruction and transformation to StudioHotel standards;

    • full equipment of the rooms.

  • Form a team.

  • Provide coherent advertising.

  • Pay rent to  the real estate owner.

  • Fully equip and arrange hotel activities so that 

    • The property would become profitable during the first year of operation;

    • the investment would pay off in 7 years in full.
